With winter around the corner we are already excited to get stuck into delicious oats. Not only are they deliciously tasty, but this soluble fibre grain has been shown to improve blood sugar level control and insulin response.
This winter warmer breakfast can be eaten in so many different ways. Try topping it with mixed berries, natural yoghurt, pomegranate and a sprinkle of chia seeds!
