This amazing fruit should not be underestimated! Pomegranate has not only shown clinical benefit its reducing blood pressure and has shown anti-inflammatory properties, it is full of antioxidants and is a rich source of fibre to aide in your digestive health.
When available I will use this powerhouse fruit in everything. I often include it within my salads, sprinkle on top of toast with labne or mix it within my yoghurt for that juicy crunch!
