Passion fruit has got to be one of our most favourite fruits of all time and adds amazing texture, colour and flavour to a dish.

Not only is this fruit delicious, it is a good source of dietary fibre. One medium fruit ~80g in sizeĀ contains 4.6g fibre and is only approximately 22 calories.
Passion fruit also includes rich sources of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals including vitamin C for to help fight off the flu and maintain a healthy immune system. Along with vitamin A, which is required for good vision, healthy skin and cell growth and production.

Best ways to consume:

  • Just scoop out its deliciously juicy pulp with a spoon when ripe for a snack
  • Add to yoghurt and granola mix
  • Mix through your fruit salads
  • Great fruit to include in desserts such as topping ice cream, eton mess or crepes
